Shipping & Returns

Items under 1Kg in weight have Australia Post (tracking number provided) shipping included in the price of the Product. Items over 1Kg will have freight calculated on the delivery address at the point of ordering.

Please do not simply return items regardless of them being faulty or unwanted. Before returning goods, contact us for a return authorisation. Please describe your reason for wanting to return goods and your invoice number. We will issue a return authority and what freight system to use./p>
