Ryadia Pty Ltd -owner of Netshopper- operates strictly in line with Australian Consumer Laws. All our products containing photographs or art are copyright. We reserves the right to take whatever legal action we deem necessary to protect our Intellectual Property (IP).

We plan to provide genuine, Ethical service to our customers. Anyone intending to take advantage of our ethics should think again. We do not resend goods claimed to have not arrived if we have a signature of delivery from the customer. That is the only way we send goods... Signature required.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY:

If you send us your photo or provide art or any graphics to make you a photo clock or framed wall art from, or any other product involving reproducing said imagery ...you absolutely agree to indemnify us against copyright violation. By providing above mentioned items, you warrant that you did not find them on the Internet and if you did not take the picture or pictures you have, you will provide a copy to us of authority to use them.

Australia does not recognise US DMCA Take down notices but in a gesture of goodwill, we will honour such notices provided copyright can be demonstrated to be with the sender of the notice.
